How do I join the private testnet?

#1— If you’re interested in joining the private testnet, then join the waiting list. Dapp developers, users, researchers, and existing protocols are encouraged to join and help scale Ethereum.

Once your wallet address is granted access, you’ll be allowed to bridge funds (Goerli ETH) to the network and begin using it. Until then, please wait for an email to confirm that your account has access.

#2 — Team will send you a confirmation mail that mean you are eligible to perform the ConsenSys Testnet task is First Come First Server

#3 — if you have received an email like the one below then you can continue the beta testnet.

#4 — Now you need to sign up on Infura Website to get API Key for your test project.

• Go to Infura Website : https://app.infura.io/login
• Create a New Account with SAME Registered Email

• Go to / Click menu ‘CREATE NEW KEY’
• Select Network “Web3 API” & Fill Your Project Name (anyting)
• Then Click on “Create” — see picture below

• Done now you have a project *Good Project Sir !!

And now what should you do?

• Copy this URL without () — ( https://consensys-zkevm-goerli-prealpha.infura.io/v3/ )
• Copy your project API KEY from Infura Website
• Go to : https://goerli.zkevm.consensys.net/
• Paste the URL & your API KEY on point 1 ‘infura RPC Endpoint’
  example: https://consensys-zkevm-goerli-prealpha.infura.io/v3/fef4axxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxddee30
• *Or you can take the URL of your project, Click ‘Manage’ and find ConsenSys zkEVM.

• Then Click ‘Next’

Now you have to complete the next step, which is as shown in the image below at points 2 to 5.

At point 2 : Setup Metamask

You need to Connect your Metamask wallet with ZK EVM Testnet, Add RPC Settings into your metamask easily by clicking ‘ADD ZKEVM TESTNET’ then ‘Approve / Confirm’ in metamask.

At point 3 : Get some Goerli ETH
Claim Goerli Faucet here https://goerlifaucet.com then login or signup first to the account then enter the Registered ETH / ERC20 address + click ‘Send Me ETH’.

Or you can Click ‘Get Balance’ will be directed to https://faucetlink.to/goerli

At point 4 : Bridge ETH on the zkEVM
bridges some ETH Goerli in your wallet to get ETH zkEVM network, try bridges above 0.3 ETH.

• Go to Bridge zkEVM : https://s.id/1xsIy
• Connect with zkEVM Network
• Bridge 0.3 ETH Goerli to ETH zkEVM Network
• Click ‘Approve’ then Click ‘Send’ & Confirm Tx in metamask

At point 5 : Have Fun ☑️

1.Have fun on Uniswap zkEVM
Try all the features in uniswap to your heart’s content and without restrictions, there you can do as many Swaps, Add POOL as well.

• Go to https://swap.goerli.zkevm.consensys.net/#/swap
• Connect same zkEVM wallet
• Try all the features in uniswap zkEVM Network

2. Have Fun on Dexchange Live
Try all the features there, such as deposits/withdrawals, creating trade market orders as well as creating trade limit orders on the zkEVM network.

• Go to Dexchange : https://app.dexchange.live/
• Connect zkEVM Network
• Make a deposit of some of the balance you have
• Start to Open a Trade (make like a real trade)
• Try to ‘Withdraw’ balance to wallet again

Open Ecosytem Pages & Have Fun with another dApps :

Jump on the Ecosystem Page and just play with some already deployed dApps, deploy your own Smart Contracs using Truffle or simply send your Goerli ETH$ between different accounts.
